Breaking down TV stories

Movies and series have always been an integral part of my everyday life, ever since early childhood. Back then it was Bravestar, He-Man or the Filmation Ghostbusters (with the gorilla, not the others), as well as many others. When the tv-channel named Tele 5 was switched off in Germany on December 31, 1992, I stood in front of the TV crying, because most of the shows I was watching were running there. (I should write about all these old tvshows, they were awesome!)

Later that changed, Knight Rider, Automan and Street Hawk became more and more present and the A-Team also made repeated appearances on my TV at home.

This passion hasn’t changed to this day, even if the genres I consume and the series themselves have changed a lot.

At some point, you realize that some things repeat themselves the longer a series runs. Narrative structures are repeated, concepts for individual episodes are taken up by others, and much more.

So welcome to this little tvshow diary. Sometimes I just write about a series, sometimes with several articles, sometimes just narrative, sometimes analytical. But always with fun!
